LEED CERTIFIED - GOLD LEVEL  Bick Group, a design-build firm specializing in mission critical facilities and intelligent buildings recently converted a 49,000 sq ft former printing company building into its new headquarters. Bick Group, who acted as its own design-build contractor for the project, transformed what was part open-warehouse print shop, part office space into a into a state-of-the-art, showcase i-Building®. ...As a Tate Access Floors dealer, Bick Group understood that a key component in it's flexible modular infrastructure was a Tate access floor system with Tate's underfloor service distribution.

LEED CERTIFIED- GOLD LEVEL  One of 12 projects that COPT has registered in the U.S. Green Building Council's pilot program for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core & Shell Development, the project was designed with a Silver LEED rating anticipated. Instead, it received Gold. A primary goal during design was flexibility in a potentionally high churn arena. Tate Access Floors was able to provide an underfloor distribution service for their wire and cabling needs that fit the bill.

LEED CERTIFIED  The 300,000-square-foot North American Premier Automotive Group headquarters, which includes a product development wing and a conference center on the ground floor, is the first Ford building to secure LEED certification....Tate's involvement in this project enhanced the environmental goals of the Ford Motor Company, providing cost savings and energy efficiency, as well as providing a strong foundation for LEED certification.

Santa Monica Public Safety Facility 70KB

LEED CERTIFIED  As the headquarters for the Police and Fire Departments in addition to the 9-1-1 center and other facilities, the importance of maintaining the indoor environment quality was imperative to the City. In addition to providing a healthy and comfortable place to work, the City demonstrated its commitment to the environment by designing the facility to be extremely resource and energy efficient. With goals of energy efficiency and use of recycled materials, the design team searched for suppliers who could meet the challenge. Tate Access Floors was up to the task.

Big Rock Ranch Corporate Headquarters 25KB

LEED CERTIFIED  The project was developed in an environmentally and community sensitive manner. The buildings have been designed in a Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style and comply with Green Building standards. With a goal of cost savings and a healthier environment, Tate Access Floors, Inc. provided 122,000 square feet of access flooring for this LEED certified project.

LEED CERTIFIED  Electronic Arts (EA) is the world’s leading independent developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software for advanced entertainment systems. All power/ data in the building is distributed beneath a raised floor, utilizing a modular “plug & play” system with floor mounted outlets for both systems. This allows space tobe reconfigured quickly and cost effectively.

LEED CERTIFIED  The Capitol Area East end is a $392 million, five building, 1.5 million square feet office project - the largest state government office project in California’s history. The Governor’s Sustainable Building Task Force helped to design and construct these buildings, which are the “greenest” ever built by the state.The Block 225 building includes over a 1/4 of a million square feet of office space with raised floor and under-floor air distributionsystem.
